01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Grency Enterprise (operating through its technology division Grency AI Systems, hereinafter "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the PocketBahi, TrackZo, and GAS Downloader SaaS platforms across mobile, desktop, browser extensions, and web applications.

02 Description of Service

Grency AI Systems provides specialized software solutions:

• PocketBahi: An Indian GST billing, quotation, inventory ledger, customer/vendor management, and tax reporting software solution. PocketBahi provides tools to facilitate calculation, document generation, PDF sharing, and reporting. You acknowledge that PocketBahi is a software tool and does not provide legal, tax, or professional accounting advisory services.
• TrackZo: A cloud-based repair shop management and service ticketing software solution, providing job card generation, technician assignment, status tracking, and automated customer updates.
• GAS - Media Downloader: A high-performance browser extension delivering 1-click media downloading and audio extraction for digital creators.

You acknowledge that all our platforms are software tools provided as digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).

03 User Account, Security & PIN

When you register for an account:

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current business details, including your legal business name, GSTIN (if applicable), and contact information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and your 4-digit security PIN.
• You are responsible for all activities and transactions performed under your account, including those performed by authorized Staff, technicians, or Accountant users assigned by you.

05 Subscription Tiers, Billing & Fair Use

PocketBahi, TrackZo, and GAS Downloader offer Free and Paid subscription tiers (e.g., Plus, Pro, Lifetime, or Enterprise):

• Free Tier / Evaluation: Permitted for single-business or creator use subject to fair-use thresholds (e.g., monthly document limits).
• Paid Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly, annual, or one-time license basis as chosen by you. All subscription charges are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
• Plan Features: Advanced features such as unlimited FIFO Stock Ledgers, Vendor ITC tracking, multi-user collaboration, repair ticket tracking, and statutory GSTR-1/3B exports are enabled according to your active tier.
• No Return / No Refund Policy: As detailed in our Return & Refund Policy, all subscription payments made to PocketBahi, TrackZo, and GAS Downloader are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable upon cancellation.

06 GST Calculation & Tax Compliance Disclaimer

While PocketBahi's tax engine is rigorously designed in accordance with standard Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) calculation rules (including intra-state CGST+SGST, inter-state IGST, HSN/SAC classifications, and Credit/Debit Note adjustments):

• You are responsible for selecting the correct GST rates, entering accurate invoice values, and verifying tax applicability for your specific goods and services.
• You remain legally responsible for your tax filing declarations with the Goods and Services Tax Network (GSTN) and state/central tax authorities.

07 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the PocketBahi, TrackZo, and GAS Downloader software, user interface design, logos, trademarks, code, algorithms, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Grency Enterprise (Grency AI Systems). You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for your legitimate internal business operations.

08 Termination & Account Cancellation

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws, engage in fraudulent billing, or breach these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Grency Enterprise and Grency AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business data arising out of or related to your use of the service.

10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of PocketBahi, TrackZo, or GAS Downloader shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
